I recommend Fran’s classes for anyone who wants to learn Mah Jongg. I would have found it daunting to learn the game on my own, but her series of classes gave me a great start. And they were fun, as we learned by playing the game with other beginners, under the helpful guidance of our teacher Fran.

Fran is an outstanding Mahjongg teacher who offers a comprehensive and enjoyable introduction to the game. Her six-week course is not only thoughtfully designed, allowing students to learn the rules and strategies of Mahjongg but also to truly enjoy the process. Fran's teaching style makes every session engaging and informative. I highly recommend Fran's class. I had a wonderful time.

I was always so fascinated when my mother played. I thought there were so many rules but she played so fast. When she passed, I took her set and wanted to learn to play, but kept putting it off. Now, I have to thank you Fran, for being such a wonderful teacher. I'm certainly not a master yet, but I'm practicing !!

It took a few sessions but it all eventually became clear. Now that I've got the basics, I would love to attend an advanced session that gets more into strategy. You're the best!!
